12 WEEK TRAINING PLAN
It is very important to Be that her clients are supported during their 12 week plan. She offers two types of training plan, one in person and the other remote.
THE REMOTE OPTION
This training plan begins with a thorough physical profiling assessment over Zoom video call. Starting with goal setting and movement analysis (via pre sent videos), the assessment also covers technical, tactical and psychological areas of your climbing journey in order to best tailor the plan to your individual needs and goals
Using the information gained, Be will write you a personalised 12 week plan designed to help you reach your goals
Once the plan is ready, there is then another Zoom call to talk you through the plan and make sure you understand the exercises and drills involved (minimum 30 mins)
For the remainder of the 12 week plan you have remote support via your interactive google sheets file and our chat on ‘Signal’
£299 (includes: remote assessment, zoom call to discuss plan and 12 week training plan)*

IN PERSON
Your training plan journey begins with a thorough 2hr physical profiling assessment. (Location of which to pre-arranged with Be prior to booking) Starting with goal setting and movement analysis, the assessment also covers technical, tactical and psychological areas of your climbing journey in order to best tailor the plan to your individual needs and goals
Using the information gained Be will write you a personalised 12 week plan designed to improve the areas of weaknesses highlighted
We then meet for another 2hrs to go over every exercise and make sure your understanding of each exercise and form is correct
For the remainder of the 12 week plan you have remote support via your google sheets file and our chat on ‘Signal’
£499 (includes: 4 hrs in person, 1 x 12 week training plan, 12 weeks remote support)
