COACHING COACHES

This is one of the most rewarding and exciting courses that Be loves to run. Sharing her theories and 17 years of experience with other instructors and coaches is the greatest privilege

The most effective way to share the joy of climbing with more and more people is to teach those who teach - this course is designed to provide coaches with a framework in which to develop their own careers and improve their own climbing in order to improve others

There are 10 chapters covered in the 6-hr course syllabus including:

  • Building on the fundamentals of climbing movement

  • Efficiency and momentum

  • Using the pyramid theory to teach techniques

Be will also delve into the physical, technical and psychological aspects of coaching analysis to help you provide a holistic service to your future clients

Each participant will get access to a personal Google Docs file to make notes on and use to develop their own coaching journey 

This course is open to individuals and climbing walls with their own staff/groups and organisations. The cost for the 6hr Coaching Coaches Course is £600 and there must be a minimum of 3 participants for it to run (max. 4)
